- 1 Tomato
- 1 Mushroom
- ¼ Tsp onion powder
- ¼ Tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 2 Eggs

Instructions
- On a cutting board, dice the tomato finely and slice the mushroom.
- Transfer to a pan.
- Add the eggs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the onion and garlic powder.
- Set to medium high heat and the reduce to medium low.
- Cook with a lid for 4 minutes or until done.
