Italian Eggs

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Mushroom
  • ¼ Tsp onion powder
  • ¼ Tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. On a cutting board, dice the tomato finely and slice the mushroom.
  2. Transfer to a pan.
  3. Add the eggs, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the onion and garlic powder.
  5. Set to medium high heat and the reduce to medium low.
  6. Cook with a lid for 4 minutes or until done.
