This fresh Yogurt Peach Cake loaf is delicious for dessert or breakfast!
It is made with Greek yogurt; so you get your fruit, protein, and calcium, all in one yummy cake!
Yogurt Peach Cake Recipe
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Tsps baking powder
1 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup Greek yogurt
2/3 Cup sugar
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup peach slices
Directions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 360 F and prepare a rectangular baking pan.
Step 2: Sift in a bowl the flour and baking powder, set aside.
Step 3: In a different bowl add the Greek yogurt, oil, sugar, and eggs. Mix until well combined.
Step 4: While mixing, incorporate the flour ¼ cup at a time.Mix well until fully incorporated.
Step 5: Pour half the batter into the pan and add half the peach slices.
Step 6: Pour the remaining batter and top with the remaining peach slices.
Step 7: Take to the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done. Serve and enjoy.
Tip: Try with other fruits such as apples, bananas, or berries.

Oh this looks delicious! I’ll definitely be trying this with apples and mixed berries. My kiddos wanted a “yellow” cake haha but it’s tough finding beautiful pre made cakes overseas. (I cook great but don’t bake desserts) These ingredients are easy to find and I’m so happy about that
