There’s only one problem with this recipe…they are SOOO good they are addicting (in a good way!) You’ll just want to eat a lot of them and not stop. Yes, they are THAT good! 💯
Try the recipe just one time, you’ll see what I mean! 😊 It’s the best recipe you’ll ever try!
The thing is, that I created this recipe one time!
This is literally the second time I’ve ever cooked beans in my entire life and it’s a massive success. 🤩
A lot of my recipes are like that. I just throw in a pot what I think will taste good and it becomes this massive request from my kids to put it in our weekly rotation of meals to make.
THIS is one of those types of recipes.
I cooked them once, it came out so perfect, I knew I had to put it on the blog (mostly to save it for my own records so I can keep making it, while I remember exactly what I put in it). 😆
If you’re looking for literally THE perfect barbeque baked beans recipe, try these savory BBQ baked beans. I promise, it will NOT disappoint! 😋
Best Savory BBQ Baked Beans
This AH-mazing BBQ beans recipe is below. Once you try it, you’ll fall in love!
Ingredients:
- 4 cans pinto beans (don’t drain)
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies (I like Amazon’s best as it has a good kick to it)
- 3 cubes of Knorr tomato broth (cheapest place to get is on Amazon; make sure it’s the Spanish version as that version tastes way better than the regular ones)
- 1 bottle of BBQ sauce (I use Kraft Hickory Smoke flavor)
- 2 tsps of Knorr Beef Bouillon (cheapest place to get is on Amazon; make sure it’s the Spanish version as that version tastes way better than the regular ones)
- 1 sausage rope (I use Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausage flavor)
- Black pepper, to taste (I use 1/2 tsp)
Directions:
Throw everything in a crockpot and cook on high for 6-8 hours, stirring every couple hours. Super simple recipe!
