I absolutely LOVE turtles. Always have, always will. They are one of my favorite animals (the other being pandas!) 🐼💖 but one time I was at the aquarium in Oregon and I gotta say, I met the most cranky of all turtles anywhere! He…was…mad…😤
He was snapping and trying to bite the glass and anyone who walked by. He was super aggressive, and I think, really, having a bad day! 😆
I thought turtles were peaceful, careful creatures. I mean…think Crush from Finding Nemo…right-EOUS. 😂
THIS turtle was anything BUT peaceful, and it makes me wonder…are all turtles like that? Or was it just that one? If you know anything about turtles, I’d love to know. I’m legit curious. 💯
In any event, I have this really super cool free printable Hello Turtle coloring page and I promise it won’t try to bite you! 🤣 You’re totally safe with this one!! 🐢
So print it out, print it for all the kids you know, for yourself, for everyone, and have some fun coloring 🖍️ these adorable kawaii turtles with such fun personalities! 💖

Create a Turtle Yearbook
There are so many different little turtle personalities on this realistic turtle coloring page!
Have kids color the page, then cut the tutles out, make a little yearbook for them, and name every turtle. Last, give them funny yearbook superlatives like…
- Best Dressed

- Most Likely to Eat Dessert First 😆
Turn The Easy Turtle Coloring Page Into Turtle Town
Pretend every turtle on the page lives in the same tiny underwater neighborhood.
On the back of the sea turtle coloring page, draw a map showing where everyone lives. Add a turtle school, cafe, library, park, candy shop, coral castle, fish market, and whatever else belongs in Turtle Town.
Then decide which turtle works or lives at each place!
Make Turtle Personality Passports
Choose a few favorite turtles from this cartoon turtle coloring page, color them, and cut them out. Then, create a tiny “passport” for each one on an index card.
Give each turtle a name, age, favorite food, favorite color, favorite place to swim, funniest habit, biggest dream, and special talent.
The accessories on the page can become clues to their personalities.
Start a Secret Turtle Society
Have kids choose which turtles belong to a secret club on this ocean turtle coloring page and invent the club’s name, symbol, rules, special handshake, and mission.
Maybe they’re secretly protecting the ocean. Maybe they collect lost treasures. Maybe they’re responsible for making sure every fish gets a birthday party. 😂
Then color all the society members with one tiny matching detail so you can tell who belongs.
Turn The Adorable Turtle Coloring Sheet Into a Turtle I-Spy Challenge
There are SO many little details hidden throughout this free printable turtle coloring page. Challenge kids to hunt for turtles, fish, seahorses, bows, hearts, stars, bubbles, and tiny dots after they color them.
They can even write their guesses first and then count everything to see how close they were.
• Other printables are either functional OR cute. I bridge the gap between the two. Since I'm a single mom and don't have time to mess around and am a kid at heart, I love something that actually propels me forward and gets the job done quickly, while still having that super cute vibe I'm known for.
• I'm a graphic designer FIRST. This means my printables, whether free or paid for, will always be of the highest quality and print crisp and clear on any printer.
• I love what I do and I do the work myself. I'm not hiring these out. This is my life, my hobby, my passion, my heart.
• My fans are obsessed with my work. To date, I've made over $23M on printables alone (organically) in the past 8 years.
Yes! Except for some large binders, all printables on the blog are 100% free for personal use. I make these because I genuinely want you to have something cute and helpful right now without having to spend a dime. You deserve a life that feels more peaceful, more organized, and more you, and if a simple printable can make your day feel lighter, I am so happy to give that to you.

Absolutely! You're welcome to print as many copies as you need for your own students or church groups. • For best results, I recommend using standard 8.5"x11" white paper. Since these are professionally designed as high-resolution PDFs, they'll stay crisp and clear on any printer. To print, simply download the PDF to your device and open your printer settings. Select "Fit to Page" to ensure the printable looks perfect.
