Store bought applesauce is okay, but seriously, nothing comes close to the taste of homemade crockpot applesauce!
If you have never made crockpot applesauce before, you need to try this slow cooker method!
It is super easy to make (just throw everything into a crockpot) and tastes FANtastic!!!!

I’m not a cook (as my dear hubby will tell you), but I’m pretty sure even I could manage this. And warm homemade applesauce is pretty much the best thing ever 🙂

I always used to make applesauce with my grandpa, so this totally brings back memories. I never thought to do it in the crockpot though. I am going to have to try that. I definitely agree that Granny Smith apples are the best.

I try to do a lot of things in the crockpot, because it seems to save me time. 🙂 As a single mom, I need all the shortcuts I can get! LOL.
