My Favorite Pages
It’s kind of hard to choose my favorite pages of these bible study pack printables because they are all helpful and I had a BLAST creating them (so I’m a bit biased! lol), but I do have a few.
- Skip Counting Puzzle Games
These skip-counting puzzle games combine your typical puzzle but adds a fun number learning twist. Kids can practice counting by 2s, 3s, 4s, 5s, 6s, 10s, 15s, and 25s. Cut each puzzle into strips, and have them count by that number to know what order to put the strips in to make the full picture! Once the puzzles are complete, you’re left with the CUTEST art of Jesus.
- Handwriting Practice
As a child, one of my personal favorite things to do was to write and practice letters like this. I wanted to hone my own handwriting because I knew from a very young age, that your handwriting says a lot about you! In fact, it led to me creating my own fonts as an adult, which has been pretty cool! ❤️
These handwriting practice sheets will help improve your child’s handwriting while they direct their thoughts to the Lord. They’ll have fun practicing both print and script styles of handwriting with a focus on the words Jesus, God, prayer, lamb, and sheep.
- Prayer Prompts
Prayer is such an important part of a believer’s life (James 5:16b). Prayer prompts help lift kids thoughts upward and toward Jesus. These prompts ask meaningful questions to help kids reflect on the ways God has been in their life and continues to do so. It’ll develop a wonderful sense of gratitude and thankfulness, so that kids don’t become complacent and take God for granted.
- Fun Games
Games are something we enjoy, even as adults (I’m not the only adult who loves them, right?) 😍🎉 These games are super fun and educational at the same time! Kids will enjoy the selection of an I-Spy game, a memory game, and a maze to help Jesus find the lost sheep!
- Coloring Sheets
These coloring sheets are perfect for encouraging the discussion of Jesus and all He does for us. Kids can focus on God’s immense love for them, while having fun coloring the cute designs! These would be great as wall art or binder covers too!!
Another thing that I think about every time I color is that while we can color outside of the lines and be all crazy and wild, there are lines in place for our good. To show us the path in which to take and it reminds me of Christ.
He gives us a clear outline (the Bible) in which to live our lives and the picture (i.e. the picture of our lives) comes out so much BETTER when we stay within the lines. That’s not to say that you can’t (or shouldn’t) be unique, but that we want our lives, our souls, our hearts to all line up to Jesus Christ. Coloring is a reminder of that for me and it’s such a great teaching point with your kids as you color with them!
