Spring is almost here! What better way to welcome the warmer weather than with some fun new printables?! I’m so excited to share this bright and beautiful fun doodles memory games printable with you!!
Fun Doodles Memory Games Printable For Kids To Enjoy
The bold colors offer a great visual for your kiddos! The images are so cute and fun (I mean, LOOK at that cupcake!) and will help your child build visual memory skills. You can even grab the black and white option for your creative little ones to color in themselves!
I’m always looking for alternatives to tablets and screen time for my kids. This memory game will not only keep your child occupied but is such a FUN game for everyone to play…screen-free!
Before you start using these printable games for kids…
Make sure to print out two copies per game! I would recommend getting this memory game ready beforehand, that way all you have to do is grab it and go!
- First, if starting with the black and white printables, let your kids color in all the squares
- Cut out each individual square on both sheets
- Place all the squares in a baggie
- Label it “Fun Doodle Game” and then get your kids in on the action! Have them help decorate and bedazzle the baggie!
- Mix up the squares on the floor or table, face down, and let your children match away!
- To make it a little more difficult, print out BOTH the color and colorable sets to match at the same time!
Also, set aside some whole sheets for a new way to use the game – I’ll explain in a minute. 😊

Creative Ways to Use These Printable Games:
Now that you have your Fun Doodle Memory Game set up, here are some ideas on how to use them…
For Younger Kids
You can totally use these printables with toddlers! It’s never too early to start with matching worksheets, and the repetitiveness is an easy way to help their brain development.
Or maybe they just want to color some cute pictures? They can definitely double as fun coloring sheets as well!
For Older Kids
Kids that are a little older, say elementary school age, can take the matching game activities even further!
First, print out one color copy and one black and white. Have them look at the color one for a minute or two to try and memorize the colors. Pull out the black and white sheet and let them recreate what they remember from the color sheet! It’s such a great way to let them explore their color memory and help with concentration!
You can also start square by square and build up to memorizing the whole sheet. 😊
Home Learning Time
Wouldn’t it be awesome if your children gained memory skills without even knowing that they are learning?? These printables do just that!
Set aside time during the day for “game time” or “learning time.” Pull out your decorated baggies (whole sheets if you are playing the older kids game) and take about 30-45 minutes to let them play! Plenty of time for you to have a quick snack or maybe even your third cup of coffee. 😉
Bring Them to Playdates
Grab your Fun Doodle Game baggies and bring them to friend’s houses, or just pull them out if the playdate is at your house (if your kids are learning how to use scissors, let them cut out the squares themselves for learning motor skills).
They can start with the color sheets, or color the black and white ones together and play with their friends! Let your kids be entertained while practicing teamwork as they work together to match all the pictures.
Give to Friends as Gifts
What happens when their friends love the game so much and want to play it when you’re not there? Print some extra sheets and make your kid’s friends cute game baggies as well!
Such a simple, yet thoughtful gift!
• Other printables are either functional OR cute. I bridge the gap between the two. Since I'm a single mom and don't have time to mess around and am a kid at heart, I love something that actually propels me forward and gets the job done quickly, while still having that super cute vibe I'm known for.
• I'm a graphic designer FIRST. This means my printables, whether free or paid for, will always be of the highest quality and print crisp and clear on any printer.
• I love what I do and I do the work myself. I'm not hiring these out. This is my life, my hobby, my passion, my heart.
• My fans are obsessed with my work. To date, I've made over $23M on printables alone (organically) in the past 8 years.
Yes! Except for some large binders, all printables on the blog are 100% free for personal use. I make these because I genuinely want you to have something cute and helpful right now without having to spend a dime. You deserve a life that feels more peaceful, more organized, and more you, and if a simple printable can make your day feel lighter, I am so happy to give that to you.

Absolutely! You're welcome to print as many copies as you need for your own students or church groups. I only ask that you do not edit them in any way (leaving the full copyright line in tact) or sell them or host the digital files on other websites. • For best results, I recommend using standard 8.5"x11" white paper. Since these are professionally designed as high-resolution PDFs, they'll stay crisp and clear on any printer. To print, simply download the PDF to your device and open your printer settings. Select "Fit to Page" to ensure the printable looks perfect.
• If you're printing stickers, I have a tutorial here.
