Wanna know a secret? I have a bit of Irish in me! It’s totally true. Mostly, you can see it in my hair, the super red tint in a somewhat brown color. I’ve always hated the red tint. As a little girl, there was one year where my hair was SO red, short, and wavy, I looked like little orphan Annie. It’s settled down a bit over the years, to a more deeper, chocolatey brown, but no matter how hard I try to cover it, the red will always show, no matter what.
One year, when I was younger, I decided I wanted to go blonde. Just get rid of the red altogether, right?!
Wrong…it turned out strawberry blonde! 😆
I can’t get the Irish outta me no matter how hard I try! 💯
So…I’m learning to embrace my heritage and just go with it!
