I remember my FIRST TIME playing in the snow. I was around 10 and we traveled from CA to Oklahoma to see my step-dad’s family and wow, my first impression was, “Snow is a LOT colder than I thought!” 🥶
I had told my mom I didn’t need a jacket, didn’t need mittens, I’m totally fine. I got this.
Got outside and ran back in! What did I need? Mittens, 18 jackets, a nose warmer, ear muffs, 5 blankets, hot cocoa…😆
Snow was a lot of fun, for sure, but…boy was I freezing. This valley girl was not used to cold! 💖
