3) I’M TRYING TO OPEN OR EDIT THE PDF AND IT’S SAYING I NEED A PASSWORD
With exception to the editable calendars, our PDFs are not editable, and we’re unable to provide passwords or unlock files. This helps protect our copyright and original designs, as altering, manipulating, changing, or recreating our printables is against copyright.
If you’re only trying to VIEW and print the printable, a password should not be required. Please try opening it with Adobe Acrobat Reader (free), as some devices/apps, unfortunately, incorrectly prompt for a password.
4) THE DISCOUNT CODE I HAVE IS NOT WORKING.
Please keep in mind that you can only use one discount code per order. If you’re trying to use multiple codes, you’ll want to place separate orders. If it’s still not working, you can try a different device to place the order or a different browser. Sometimes that will work as well. 😊

5) MY DOWNLOAD LINK EXPIRED, HIT THE LIMIT, OR IS NOT WORKING ON SHOPIFY, CAN YOU RESEND IT TO ME?
We can absolutely replace a paid item link and will get back to you soon with that link!
If you received a free item in the shop, we do not replace old free product links, as they are limited-time only offers and there’s just not enough manpower to be able to replace a lot of free links. I’m sorry. The best thing to do is to reorder it in the shop to gain access the product again. 😊
6) WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT IN THE MAIL?
As per our site, all products are instant download only. Nothing will be shipped or mailed.
7) I NEED TO RESET MY PASSWORD IN YOUR SHOP. CAN YOU HELP?

8) TECHNICAL ISSUES DOWNLOADING
There are two most common culprits:
1) Your browser: Sometimes the issues can be tied to the extensions installed in a browser. It may also be that your current browser is not updated and you’re using an older version. Try downloading in a different browser (not a cell phone). Try Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Firefox.
2) You can’t find the file location: Sometimes, it will download, but discreetly, to somewhere hard to find. Try looking in Downloads under My Computer or search the title of the file on your computer for where it could be hiding.
If that doesn’t work, you’ll want to search Google for help with your specific browser. Usually typing in the error code you are seeing is very helpful when searching.
