This Yogurt Peach Cake is delicious for dessert or breakfast! It is made with Greek yogurt; so you get your fruit, protein, and calcium!

Yogurt Peach Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Cup vegetable oil
  • 1 Cup Greek yogurt
  • 2/3 Cup sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup sliced peaches

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 360F and prepare a rectangular baking pan.
  2. Sift in a bowl the flour and baking powder, set aside.
  3. In a different bowl add the Greek yogurt, oil, sugar, and eggs.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. While mixing, incorporate the flour ΒΌ cup at a time.
  6. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  7. Pour half the batter into the pan and add half the peach slices.
  8. Pour the remaining batter and top with the remaining peach slices.
  9. Take to the oven and bake for 40 minutes or until done.
  10. Serve and enjoy.
