Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a pie pan.

In a bowl, use the hands to mix the flour, salt, and the butter.

Push the dough into the mold and set aside.

In a bowl add the eggs, butter, and salt. Mix well.

Add the cheese and mix well.

Pour into the crust and take to the oven.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until the egg mixture is cooked but still jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool down for 10 minutes.
