Chocolate Drizzled Macaroons

Ingredients
  

  • ½ Cup flour
  • 1 Cup shredded coconut
  • ½ Cup maple syrup
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 Tsp vanilla
  • Melted chocolate

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a bowl mix the flour with the shredded coconut and the sugar.
  3. Form a well in the center and pour the maple syrup and the vanilla. Mix well until you have a thick paste (add more maple syrup if needed).
  4. With the help of a spoon, scoop the thick batter and form small domes. Place on a baking pan and take to the oven. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate.
