Chocolate Berry Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups flour
  • 2 Tbsps sugar
  • ½ Cup cold butter
  • ¼ Cup cold water
  • For the filling:
  • 1 Cup melted chocolate
  • ½ Cup raspberries
  • ½ Cup blackberries
  • ½ Cup blueberries
  • For topping:
  • Sugar glaze
  • Whipped cream
  • Grated chocolate

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease and flour a pie tin
  3. In a food processor add all the crust ingredients and pulse until thick.
  4. Transfer to the pie tin and press it.
  5. Take to the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and pour the melted chocolate over the crust.
  7. Add the berries and top with some sugar glaze.
  8. Take to the oven and bake for 25 minutes
  9. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool down before garnishing
  10. Top with the whipped cream, and grated chocolate.
