These adorable watermelon pudding pops may LOOK LIKE a watermelon, but they actually taste like chocolate, because...who doesn't like chocolate?!?!

Watermelon Pudding Pops

Ingredients
  

  • 3.4 oz box instant white chocolate pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/8 cup chocolate chips
  • Pink and green gel food coloring
  • Small 3-4oz Dixie style paper cups
  • Small ice cream spoon Popsicle sticks

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix together your pudding mix and cold milk and set in the fridge for about 10 minutes
  2. Separate your pudding into 3 different measuring cups in the following portions: 1 cup; 3/4 cup; 1/4 cup
  3. Now add a drop of green food coloring to your 3/4 cup pudding and mix
  4. Add a drop of pink food coloring to your 1 cup of pudding and mix
  5. Leave your 1/4 cup plain
  6. Pour your green pudding into five paper cups evenly, place a Popsicle stick into the center, and freeze for one hour
  7. Now pour your white pudding on the top of the frozen green pudding, splitting evenly between the 5 cups and freeze for another 30-45 minutes
  8. Then pour your pink pudding on top of the frozen white pudding, splitting evenly between the 5 cups
  9. Top off with chocolate chips and freeze for another one-two hours
  10. Peel the paper cup off and enjoy!
