Sweet & Tangy Red Quinoa Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups cooked and cooled red quinoa
  • 1/3 cup Italian dressing add more for a tangier taste
  • 2 cups fresh chopped peppers red, yellow, orange or green
  • 1 TBSP sugar

Method
 

  1. Cook quinoa according to package directions and let cool completely.
  2. In a large bowl, stir quinoa together with Italian dressing, peppers and sugar.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
