Ingredients

cooked and cooled red quinoa
1/3
cup
Italian dressing
add more for a tangier taste
2
cups
fresh chopped peppers
red, yellow, orange or green

sugar
Method
Cook quinoa according to package directions and let cool completely.
In a large bowl, stir quinoa together with Italian dressing, peppers and sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
