Potato and Polish Sausage Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 10 red potatoes diced
  • 1 Hillshire polish smoked sausage rope
  • 20 pepperchini's I used Giuliano Mild Pepper Rings
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1- 8 oz package of shredded cheese
  • 1 TBSP Italian seasoning

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a Corningware dish with coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Add 10 red potatoes, diced to your baking dish.
  3. Layer polish sausage over the potatoes.
  4. Add corn, pepperchini's, and milk to the top.
  5. Cover top with shredded cheese and Italian seasoning.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake until potatoes are fork-tender.
  7. Remove aluminum foil and continue cooking until the cheese is golden brown.
