Mini Naan Pizza

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ct package of mini Naan bread I used Stonefire brand - usually in the bakery section of your local store - but any Naan bread will work
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 2 tbs. pesto
  • Fresh basil leaves about 3-4 leaves per each pizza
  • 8 oz container of crumbled Feta cheese
  • 1 pint of heirloom cherry tomatoes

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the mini Naan breads on a baking sheet and bake for 4-5 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  3. While the Naan bread is cooling, combine the mayo and pesto in a small bowl.
  4. Spread the pesto mayo mixture over each Naan bread (see photo).
  5. Place 2-4 fresh basil leaves on top of the pesto mayo (see photo).
  6. Sprinkle with Feta crumbles.
