Method
- Boil the water in a kettle.
- Add the rice and salt to a pot and pour the boiling water into it.
- Set over medium-high heat and let it simmer with the lid close until no water is left.
- Turn off the heat, stir in the lime juice and the chopped cilantro leaves.
- Close the lid and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
