Dark Chocolate Marshmallow Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ Cups all purpose flour
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tsps ground cinnamon
  • ½ Cup cocoa powder
  • 1 Cup butter
  • 1 Large egg
  • ½ Cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl mix the butter and sugar.
  3. Beat in the egg
  4. Sit in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda
  5. Add the cinnamon and cocoa powder and mix until everything is well incorporated
  6. Transfer to a baking pan and top with the marshmallows
  7. Take to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  8. Take out from the oven.
  9. Drizzle with some chocolate syrup.
