Method
- Place the chocolate chunks in a pan over medium heat until fully melted.
- Add the cocoa powder, sugar and milk.
- Stir for 5 minutes.
- Transfer to a blender.
- Add the ice and pulse for 40 seconds.
- Pour into tall glasses.
- Add the vanilla ice cream.
- Top with the crushed chocolate chip cookies.
- Serve and enjoy.
