Cheddar Bacon Ranch Roll Ups

Ingredients
  

  • 3 Bacon strips
  • 1 Cream cheese brick
  • ¼ Cup ranch dressing
  • ¼ Cup sour cream
  • ¾ Cup cheddar cheese sliced into cubes
  • ½ Cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 4 Tortillas

Method
 

  1. In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch sauce.
  2. In a pot over medium heat, add the previous mix and cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese melts.
  3. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
  4. Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and cook them in a saucepan until crispy.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas and add the bacon and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Roll them up, and cut them into pieces of around 1 inch wide.
