- In a bowl whisk together the cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch sauce.
- In a pot over medium heat, add the previous mix and cheddar cheese. Mix until the cheese melts.
- Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool down for 10 minutes.
- Cut the bacon strips into small pieces and cook them in a saucepan until crispy.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the tortillas and add the bacon and mozzarella cheese.
- Roll them up, and cut them into pieces of around 1 inch wide.
