5 Ingredient Lemon and White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box of lemon cake mix {important note: you will NOT follow the directions on the box}
  • 1 tub Cool Whip
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 bag of white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar optional; to keep cookies from sticking together

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend the cake mix, cool whip and egg together using a mixer with the dough hook attachments.
  3. Fold in the white chocolate chips using a big sturdy spoon.
  4. Spoon heaping teaspoons of dough onto a greased or parchment paper lined cookie sheet.
  5. Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  6. Let cookies cool completely then dip both sides in powdered sugar so they won’t stick to each other.
