Sweet Watermelon Water
  • 2 Cups cubed seedless watermelon
  • 4 Cups cold purified water
  • Concentrated alcohol-free Stevia (here's the one I use)
  • Juice of half a lime, lime slices to garnish
  • Crushed ice, optional
  1. Combine seedless watermelon and first two cups of cold water into a blender. Pulse on high until the watermelon chunks have broken up. Set blender to liquefy or puree for two minutes until the watermelon has been completely turned to water.
  2. Pour watermelon juice into a clean pitcher. Add additional two cups cold water and stir well.
  3. Stir in the juice of half a lime or use lime essential oil if you have on hand.
  4. Add Stevia to the pitcher, but add a little at a time, stirring as you go and taste as you stir to make sure the watermelon water is not too sweet. Depending on the sweetness of your particular watermelon, more or less Stevia can be added.
  5. Pour over crushed ice and add a lime slice to garnish. You could also easily make this into a slushie for the kids!
