QUICK JUMP
Can you believe that we’re at the end of the year already?
I just can’t believe how fast time has flown by this year. I don’t know about you, but due to the Covid pandemic, I felt like 2020 has not been the most productive year for myself – business and health wise.
There were so many distractions (thanks to TWO lockdowns in New Zealand) of which I have spent taking care of my children and helping them with their home lessons from school, cooking and cleaning while my husband works from home. During that time, I wished I could’ve done more, achieved more, taken more time to focus on my health etc. It was a really tough time especially with the lack of focus, not being able to visit your loved ones and being stuck at home most of the time with four unrelentless, restless kids – was enough to drive us insane!
But amid chaos and lack of focus, God has been SO good and gracious to us. God still helps us to put enough food on the table and continue to encourage us every month. It has been those little bits of encouragement that really touched my heart and filled me with gratitude. His encouragement in my life has allowed me to keep going even though I feel so much lack (like the feeling of ‘not being good enough’) in my life and business.
Thankfully, even though I didn’t do as much as I did the year before, the things that I DID achieved was because I have made a solid plan and stuck to it.
One of which are these amazing printables I’m about to share with you….
I have created 15 beautiful goal planning printables, which I’ve used personally to plan my projects for the year and achieve awesome goals for my business. And they’re all FREE!

Free Printables Resolutions Planners
One of the best ways to start planning is to write down your resolutions for next year. One of the things I like to do is to start thinking about a specific area in my life and business which I can improve on from the current year. To make things easier for you, I’ve included some prompts in this printable to help you get started.
Another printable which has helped me tremendously in growing my business is to journal my way to success. Ever since I’ve started my printable business, I have done this exercise every year. I will journal on how I envision my future self would be like for me and my family. And I am pleased to tell you that more often than not, I have achieved most of my goals for that year. It’s such a simple exercise but SO POWERFUL! Do try it for yourself.

Free Printable To Do List
This is one versatile planner. Who doesn’t like to do lists?! You can use it to list down your current projects, errands in the home, things you need to do for the kids, gifts you want to buy for Christmas and the list goes on.
But I like to introduce the ‘to do list’ first before the ‘yearly planner’ because I personally think that this is the FIRST thing you need to do before you start planning your goals for each month of the year.
Not to mention, you’re probably overwhelmed with ideas and the goals you want to achieve. So before you plan the year, list down EVERYTHING that’s in your head right now. And then prioritize them according to what is MOST important to you that will help you make the fastest move forward in your life or business.

Free Printable Yearly Planner
After listing down your ideas, projects and goals, write down your goals for each month in the yearly planner according to what you’ve prioritized in the to do list. It’s that easy!

Free Printable Project Planner Tracker
After listing down your goals for each month, choose the first project you want to work on for the month. Write the project title and description and list down ALL the main tasks for your project in the BIG boxes of the planner with the titles ‘Task 1’, ‘Task 2’ and ‘Task 3’. You may need to print more than one planner if it is a big project with a lot of main tasks.
Next to your main tasks, you want to break down your main tasks into smaller bite size steps so it’s more manageable and less overwhelming for you. The key is to focus on ONE main task at time. Tick in the small circle boxes once you’ve completed each step. If you follow these steps, you will complete your project in no time.

Free Printables Weekly Planner
Here’s another popular planner – the weekly planner.
Besides the monthly planner, you could also use the weekly planner to compliment your monthly planner. It would be wise though, depending on your project, to focus on one to three goals for the week so you do not overwhelm yourself.
Again I have two options for you to choose from, either a Monday or Sunday start.

Free Printable Ideas & Sketches
This is one of my favorite printable goal planning sheets. Whenever I have an idea for a printable or a design style that I would like to achieve for my website, I would sketch down my ideas and designs on this printable.
Why not just use a blank paper? Well, I could.
But this printable is so helpful because of the dots that’s already available which makes it easier to sketch and less messy to look at.
