Every mom should have an option to stay home with her children, regardless of income

Frugal Friday Link Up Party {Week 33}

Happy Friday!

Wait…it’s Friday?!?! Already? Wow, the week just flew by. My kids were home on Spring Break and we had a lot of fun. They get so big so fast, don’t they!

This week, I also had the pleasure of being interviewed for FitPregnancy Magazine. Add to that, my post for tomorrow on How to Start a Money Making Blog Today is a whopping 2,400 words long and goes full into detail one of the main questions I’m always asked as a blogger. I hope you’ll come back tomorrow and check it out!

I’ve also been setting up a super secret HUGE announcement to go LIVE the first week of May. I’m SOOOO excited. I can hardly wait. You know I’m totally not a patient person, right?!?! LOL.

How was your week?

Were your kids on Spring Break? Did your week fly by?

Easy Buffalo Chicken Bake {The Pinning Mama}

When she says easy, she means EASY. I love how simple this recipe is, but it sure packs a punch. Something you can get on the dinner table with very little fuss! Don’t forget to get your farm fresh chicken breasts from Zaycon, my favorite meat company! They are cheaper and taste way better than grocery store meats.

Create a Laundry Routine That Works For Your Lifestyle {Organizing Moms}

We do a lot of laundry in our home, especially since my kids literally take clean clothes off the hangers and throw them on the floor (drives me nuts!) I’ve been trying to get a system in place to streamline it. Found this article about setting the cycle on the fast setting, which REALLY helps (thank you Kim!), so this laundry routine really helps. We try to do laundry every day….how do you do it?

  1. As always, thanks for the link-up! And so glad you had such a good week and were able to enjoy your kids being home. Yes, they do grow up so fast!

  2. Oh, that buffalo chicken recipe DOES look good! And yes, we do TONS of laundry, although I kind of have the opposite problem – my kids don’t always throw their dirty clothes in the laundry. Ahem. Have a great weekend!

  3. Thank you for the link up Sarah! I’m excited to read your post tomorrow and to find out what’s happening in May! Our kids are in two different school districts so one has Spring Break next week and the other in two weeks. No sleeping in for me;0)

    • May is going to be so awesome!

      Haha. I actually just started waking up early, first time in my LIFE! My mom said I’ve been a night owl since the day I was born. I’m actually liking waking up early, except for the dang birds. Do they REALLY have to chirp all morning. LOL. Between that in the morning, the dog barking in the evening next store, and the sweet kid playing basketball outside all day, I think I’m going insane! ROFL

  4. Hi Sarah! Thanks so much for featuring my post about laundry! I’m so excited. 🙂

    The buffalo chicken recipe looks delicious! I’m going to have to try it out.

  5. My world has been rocked. I thought my “speed cycle” setting on my washing machine was subpar. I just assumed… several loads of laundry later and I am now a convert. Thanks oodles for sharing your love for fast washing.
